I tried that but even with that turned off everything was under 20 fps still, especially during the daytime. I also tried out a previous version to see if id have the same problem and it was just as laggy.

im experiencing a lot of lag, ive tried messing with the settings but nothing seems to fix it.
oddly enough the tutorial isn't laggy at all its completely fine.
